  • Eliminate filler words. Stop saying "um," "I think," or "does that make sense"

  • "I need to think about it."

    • Agreement. "Makes sense, you do not make impulsive decisions."

    • Validate. "You are weighing your options and making sure this is the right move."

    • Hook. "But let’s be real… thinking has not fixed this problem yet. Let’s break this down and make sure you have everything you need to move forward."

  • "I do not know if this is the right time."

    • Agreement. "Completely get it, timing is everything."

    • Validate. "With everything going on, adding something new can feel like a big move."

    • Hook. "But the longer you wait, the more this problem costs you. Let’s look at where you are now and where you want to be, so you can decide if waiting makes sense."

Objections are just hesitation in disguise. The best closers never resist. They lean in, validate, and take control of the conversation.

  • More calls, more experience, more refinement
