  • Use their own words to reinforce the sale. "Earlier, you said waiting is only making things worse. Let’s get this handled now."

  • Position inaction as the real risk. "Most people who don’t take action today end up in the exact same place a year from now."

  • Assume the close. "Sounds like we’re on the same page, so let’s get you locked in."
